TweetFinda provides Google Earth KML files that will display your friends' geotagged tweets across the globe.
The idea came about after thinking how great it would be to be tweeting while travelling, from a geo-enabled device, and allowing friends to use google earth to see exactly where you made the tweet from, in true full Google Earth immersive style.
It comes even more alive when enabling Google Earth's street view functionality to get an even better feeling for what was around the person when they made the tweet.
The project is being developed by Hamish Graham from HamishGraham.NET in ASP.NET MVC, .NET 4.0 (C#), AJAX, LinqToTwitter and LinqToSql.
